About Agapone
Agapone is the self-knowledge app by Human Match. It reads your personal design across 7 systems, from the ancient to the modern, and gives you a clear portrait of who you are. And because knowing yourself well also changes the way you relate, the app includes a feature that lets you meet people who are compatible with that portrait.
What we do
At the centre of Agapone is your personal DNA, built from 7 categories: Bio & Routine, Mental, Cosmic, Intimacy, Relational, Connection and Life Vision. In total there are more than 20 areas and 15 levels of depth, spanning personal and psychological tests and your cosmic map.
Every area you complete adds a layer to that portrait: the way you think, the way you love, your pace of life, what you are looking for. You can explore each system in detail in the DNA Categories.
In practice, you use Agapone in three stages. First you decode yourself, taking the tests at your own pace and without pressure. Then you can explore the relationships already in your life, crossing your dimensions with those people's to understand what brings you together. And whenever you want, you meet new people who are close by and compatible with you.
Why we exist
We believe that knowing yourself well is the first step to relating better, with others and with yourself. That is the idea Agapone grew from: first a space to decode yourself at your own pace, and then the possibility of meeting people who fit who you really are. When you decide to take that step, compatibility is calculated over each person's full portrait: values, pace of life, ways of loving and thinking.
Who we are
Agapone is made by Human Match, an independent studio based in Portugal. We build the app with our own technology, from the compatibility algorithm to the category content, with the same care we would want to be read with. The site and the app are available in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, and the app is on Google Play, with iOS on the way. You can learn more about the studio at humanmatch.app.
Our principles
- Privacy first. Your data stays in the European Union, protected under the GDPR, and is never sold to third parties. Your most sensitive areas only become visible to another person with your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
- Depth over volume. We prefer fewer connections with more context to endless lists of profiles.
